Vision Creation & Alignment
An intensive work collaboration which clarifies and defines the vision of the school. All procedures and staff practices will be assessed and fine-tuned in an effort to elevate the school’s offerings. Hands-on support is provided for administration, staff as well as the environment. Minimum 6-month, weekly 3-hour commitment to allow for long-lasting shifts.
Emergency Support & Strategies
This service remedies specific child behaviors or client complaints. This support requires a minimum of three meetings to provide a lasting solution and to create a clear framework to deter recurrence. The client may opt for behind the scenes support or visible support.
Parent Meetings
& Staff Development
Tailored presentations based on specific community needs, interests, and challenges. Via phone or in person, the initial meeting will allow for clarification and set the agenda. No topic is too large or too small.
